I was going through my CD collection. MC 900 Ft. Jesus! Three great albums. Each totally different. Influential. Ahead of their time.

I saw him live in Munich in 1995. Great concert. Jazz. Hip Hop. Spoken Word. Rap. Dance.

Then he was gone.

What happened?

Here's a good interview about what he's been doing after One Step Ahead... I don't think anything new has happened after that.

It's a bit discouraging that in 2001 he was working on an album, but nothing has come of it. Damn.

Damn, I knew I should have joined the Amazon affiliate program. You're right jason. Those CDs are great value. "One Step Ahead of the Spider" has absolutely no filler. Every track a gem.

Dave I read your blog today and was reminded of a time when I used to listen to this disk on my old fashion Sony Walkman. I went directly on to Amazon and ordered all three disks for $34. Still good value out there using old fashioned physical CD's
